Please read this carefully before registering using the above link.

 Pre-Assembly Registration

Everyone is welcome to attend the Matthew 25 Pre-Assembly Event.  The basic registration fee is $31 which covers lunch.  If you wish to stay for dinner the fee is an additional cost of $44.  For anyone who plans to stay overnight in expectation of joining synod assembly, the hotel rate for Thursday evening, October 20th, is $150.  This fee includes breakfast Friday morning for one person.  If you plan to bring a partner or family member, there will be an additional charge for breakfast of $30 for the second person.   (There is an additional cost for non-participants joining any group meals).

 Except for Matthew 25 workshop presenters and synod assembly planning team members who are working the event, these fees will be charged for anyone attending the Pre-Assembly Event including those who have been elected by their presbyteries as an assembly commissioner or YAAD.  Please note that the Matthew 25 Pre-Assembly Event is an educational event.  If you are having difficulty raising the full registration fee, request assistance from your Session or Presbytery.

 Synod Assembly Registration

Fees for Synod Assembly depend upon your role at the assembly.  It is very important that you check the correct category when you register.   Fees or no fees are included below for each category.

 Synod Assembly Commissioner/YAAD – no fee according to the Standing Rules

Synod Leadership Team and Staff – no fee according to the Standing Rules

Mission and Ministries Commission Member – no fee according to the Standing Rules

Presbytery Leadership (Corresponding Members) – fees for meals and lodging

Past Moderator – no fee according to the Standing Rules

Observer – fees for meals and lodging

Pre-Assembly Planning Team – no fee in exchange for work at assembly

Invited Speaker – no fee

 If you plan to bring a partner or family member and you are a synod assembly commissioner/YAAD, or officer the synod will cover your hotel room and breakfast, but you will need to pay for the meals of the person accompanying you.  Please note that there are few eating places in the nearby area.
