Clergy Women's Retreat 2007
The dozen or so women  who gathered at Stony Point last November had a great time.  Deirdre Good gave us a lot to think about in terms of the Christian family.  We even had the opportunity to talk over some sermon ideas for Advent.

After reading Ezekiel 37, we were all given the task of creating a human being from the bones up.  .  It was amazing to see the many different ways the women chose to create their images.  Some were made out of clay, ice cream sticks, pipe cleaners, paper and leaves found on the grounds of Stony Point.  The picture shows us blowing bubbles during our final worship service with our creations placed around the table.

OUR NEXT RETREAT IS SCHEDULED FOR TUESDAY, DECEMBER 2 THROUGH THURSDAY, DECEMBER 4, 2008 AT STONY POINT.  WE HOPE THAT MORE WOMEN WILL BE ABLE TO JOIN US THIS YEAR.

If you have ideas for a particlar theme for this retreat, please contact either Rev. Kathy Nealand at Nealand520@msn.com or Rev. Pam Szurek at pastorsgarden@optonline.net
